Knights of Columbus Eldorado Council 10 was founded in 1884 to serve the Catholic community of St. Mary Church.

Knights of Columbus Stella Maris Council 12600 was later founded to serve the Catholic community of St. Therese Church.

2018 saw the consolidation of three parishes (St. Therese, St. Elizabeth, and St. Mary) into one Branford parish: St. John Bosco Parish

In late 2018 members of Eldorado Council 10 of St. Mary and Stella Maris Council 12600 of St. Therese each voted to form a single council to serve the entire St. John Bosco Parish community.

In early 2019 Supreme approved our combined entity.  We are now known as Stella Maris Council 10!

Our combined membership of over 200 men now serves the needs of about 4,000  families in the spirit of our national organization’s founder, Venerable Michael J. McGivney.

The video below was developed at the national level, but it provides a quick taste of what we all do in local council organizations across the country and around the world!
